All numbers of the category are on the ground floor, without balcony, entrance in number is on the hotel quay on a terrace.
2-seater "classical" (30 m²) with conveniences (bathroom unit including the toilet with a shower). In the number: double bed or two separate. It is possible to place a euro-folding bed (additional place) in some numbers. All numbers of the category are on 2-3 floors, with a balcony / French balcony.
2-seater "suite" with 2 rooms (50 m²) with conveniences (bathroom unit including the toilet). In the number: sleeping and drawing rooms (adjacent rooms with a door). In the drawing room: upholstered furniture, ware set, convertible couch, TV, mini-bar, air-conditioner. In the bedroom: double bed, phone, air-conditioner. Numbers are on 3-4 floors, there is a French balcony.
2-seater "VIP-studio" (50 m ²) with conveniences (bathroom unit including the toilet). In number: guest and sleeping zones. In a drawing room: upholstered furniture, TV,  air-conditioner. In a bedroom: double bed, air-conditioner. There are two balconies.

Food: breakfast ("buffet"). Half board and full pension - for additional payment. For children from 3 to 12 years old: dinner – UAH, supper – 60 UAH. More than 12 years old: a dinner – 150 UAH, supper – 130 UAH.

Water supply: cold and hot water round the clock.

Beach: with pebbles, well-organized, in 100 m from the building.

Infrastructure: conference hall, restaurant, bars, children's game room (tutor, animators) - during summer period, children's playground, rent of beach stock and water attractions, protected parking place. In the next hotel «Seaside park» there are services of Spa-CENTER WELLNESS and SPA. Guests of «Krasotel - Levant» have special discount: all baths of the world (Roman steam, Turkish, Finnish, mud, hydrochloric, grassy), peelings, hydromassage baths, snow room, jacuzzi, open and covered pools with sea water, an exercise room. Checkout time: 12.00. Permit action begins at 14.00 in the day of arrival and comes to an end at 12.00 in the day of departure (with breakfast).
